BMC Group Introduces VDR Compliance Management Interface
April 3, 2008 - BMC Group, Inc. announced the release of its Compliance Management Interface.
The interface allows data files to be fed directly from BMC Groups Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform to a clients communication compliance system.
Originally developed to allow investment banks using BMC Groups VDR solution to comply with SEC Rule 17a-3 requiring retention of broker dealer records, the interface provides a solution for corporations using VDRs to meet record keeping obligations. It can be configured to meet client-defined requirements with respect to frequency as well as output format and destination.
BMC Group is committed to exceeding the virtual data room markets requirements through innovative technology solutions, said BMC Group CEO Sean Allen. We see an increasing need for services that provide more than just the basic mechanisms for secure data exchange. Our solutions address the regulatory environment and other factors influencing market requirements.
